Whether you choose to live at home or live in a residential care community, the dedicated team of professionals at Redwood Elderlink, located in Escondido and serving North County, can help. We offer two levels of affordable adult day care, in-home care and outpatient rehabilitation. We serve those with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and dementia-related conditions, or other physical or mental disabilities. The structured, supportive and secure environment of Elderlink helps reduce family stress through respite care and support groups, allowing caregivers to have more satisfying relationships with their loved ones. Dementia education, transportation, arthritis and Parkinson's aquatic exercise are also part of our program. Clients can maintain independence and dignity by remaining contributing members of their families and communities. Medi-Cal, Medicare and VA benefits are accepted if eligibility requirements are met. Redwood Elderlink is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and independence for a diverse adult and senior population and their families through day programs, home care, care management, and supportive education in a cooperative and therapeutic environment. Redwood Club The Redwood Club provides an individualized, yet structured, day of therapeutic activities designed to enhance mental and physical functioning. This program increases social opportunities for those who experience some memory loss, require supervision, may be unsafe alone in the home, have cognitive or physical impairments, or have difficulty in self-initiating activities in the home environment.
Adult Day Health Care This comprehensive program focuses on providing services to help enhance the quality of life for your loved one, while providing for the care necessary for their optimum health and vitality. Our programs are centered on providing treatment while offering an invaluable sense of belonging, independence and meaningful activity to the recovery process. Programs are designed for adults 18 years and older who require more assistance with ambulation, incontinence care, and have certain medical conditions that require nursing supervision and/or physical, occupational, or speech therapies.
Rehabilitation Therapy Through a customized plan designed to fit each person, licensed therapists trained to meet the needs of older adults provide physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
HomeLink Homelink is an in-home caregiving service that allows seniors and adults with disabilities to be safely supervised in the comfort of their own home. Homelink caregivers provide companionship, transportation, medication reminders, errands & shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, personal care, bathing & grooming, assistance with pets, light housekeeping, toileting & incontinence care and much more. Homelink caregivers are licensed, bonded and insured. They also receive on-going training and support, which enables them to provide the highest quality of care and services. Services available on an hourly basis, 7 days, 24 hours. Care Coordinator on call 24 hours per day. Care Management This program provides individuals and families with a Care Manager to guide and assist them in obtaining appropriate and necessary services, allowing older adults to maintain quality of life and independence. Designed to help long-distance caregivers, the Care Management program guides individuals and families through the maze of available services. Care Managers visit the client's home to assess the level and scope of services needed and to develop a personalized plan of care. |
